These terms form a contract between you ("customer") and Bellglobal ("we", "us"). If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.
1. Your account
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Billing & renewal
- Plans are billed monthly, quarterly or yearly in advance
- Invoices are issued on the activation date and auto-renew on the same day each cycle
- A one-time setup fee may apply to a new monthly activation when shown in checkout; it is waived for annual plans
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST unless stated
- You can cancel at any time — we don't bill for the next cycle, but we don't pro-rate the current one unless our refund policy applies
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our service for:
- Sending spam or unsolicited email
- Hosting or distributing malware, phishing pages, or CSAM
- Launching attacks (DDoS, brute-force, port scans) against third parties
- Running services that violate Indian law or the law of the jurisdiction you target
- Cryptojacking, illegal mining, or anything that falsifies our upstream NOC reports
Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
4. Availability & maintenance
We use reasonable operational efforts to maintain the service. Planned or emergency maintenance, upstream events, security measures and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability or performance. Bellglobal does not provide an uptime SLA or automatic service credits. See the Support Policy for our general support terms and the Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
Latency and network performance
Latency figures shown on our website, pricing cards or other materials are indicative estimates or targets based on the selected datacenter location and typical test conditions. They are not guaranteed performance levels, warranties or service-level commitments. Actual latency, jitter, packet loss, throughput and route quality may vary and can change over time.
Results depend on factors that may be outside Bellglobal's control, including geographic distance, internet routing and peering, congestion, upstream carriers, the destination exchange, broker or other third-party infrastructure, the customer's internet connection, equipment, software and workload, traffic levels, maintenance and network incidents. References to an exchange, broker, city or endpoint describe the intended route or test destination and do not represent an affiliation with, or a guarantee by, that third party.
You should test the selected server location with your own broker, exchange endpoints and workload before relying on it for trading or another latency-sensitive use. A difference between an indicative latency figure and an observed result does not by itself establish a service fault or entitlement to a refund or service credit; any eligibility remains subject to applicable law and our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
You own your data, your strategies, and anything you deploy on the server. We own our software, documentation, and brand. You grant us a limited licence to host your data solely to deliver the service.
6. Limitation of liability
We're not liable for lost profits, missed trades, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period is capped at what you paid us in that period. This clause doesn't limit liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience with 7 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach of the acceptable use policy, non-payment, or legal compulsion. On termination, we keep your data for 14 days, then purge it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore.
